Tender Prices are expected to rise in 2011, according to 9 major PQS and Cost consultant Firms, however tender prices are still expected to remain down for 2010, overall -4.1% according to a report in the construction news. Contractors should be aware of creeping inflation expected to be around 4% as at Feb 2010 for this year.
